The best part of summer is wearing a breezy summer dress(and the sunshine and corn on the cob of course). Sure I love denim cutoffs just like the rest of the world but denim cutoffs have nothing on a breezy summer dress. Every year as the weather gets warmer I buy one or two new easy to throw on dresses that can be casual with Birkenstocks or summer chic with a heeled slide. This year I have been so drawn to the breezier dresses that are everywhere. Particularly dresses that have a tiered silhouette or a poof sleeve. Here are a few of my favorites..

Black Breezy Summer Dresses

These black breezy dresses can be easily amped up with accessories. Try a chain link belt or layered gold necklaces.This black dress will also transition beautifully to the fall. Pair it with booties or doc martens once the weather gets cooler.

Long(ger) Florals

In my opinion the ideal length for a breezy dress is mid-calf or maxi. There is something so effortless to a longer dress getting caught in the wind. Plus is there anything more comfortable that a breezy long dress? Pair this dress with white sneakers and oversized sunglasses and you’re good to go!

Colorful Cuties

And lastly colorful breezy dresses. Try a neutral and add colorful accessories OR try a colorful dress and add simple accessories. No matter your mood there are plenty of breezy summer dresses to choose from right now!
