Do you take a million pictures that you never post?
Taking random aesthetic photos has been a recent delight. Pretty much since I started this blog my photos have mostly been of me. Lately I just honestly want to show less of myself physically and more of what is going on in my head? And sometimes it feels like what is going on in my head is taking mental pictures of things that just soothe me. Like this picture of our grocery cart.
A vibrarant spring workout set
I have one workout set from Girlfriend Collective. The second I slipped on a pair of girlfriend leggings I knew it was love. The fit is comfortable yet structured and feels incredibly luxe. Plus their clothes are partially made out of recycled plastic water bottles. I just ordered another set pictured from their spring collection. I cannot get enough of this green color!
Melissa Wood Health
At the beginning of the year I started doing Melissa Wood Health Workouts. Truth be told MWH is the only workout I have stuck with more than a few weeks in some years. Over the past 8 weeks, these effective workouts have become a part of my routine. Each day the second I shut my computer I roll out my mat and start my workout. I spend 100% of my day super focused on a screen so taking 10-30 minutes to be present with myself is a lovely way to transition out of the workday.
Cooking from a Cookbook
Cooking out of a cookbook is one of life’s undeniable joys. I ordered the Half Baked Harvest Super Simple Cookbook and am slowly but surely working my way through every delicious recipe (dare I say all of them). This week we’re going to make two recipes I am super excited about: chicken tinga tacos & caico e pepe brussel sprouts!
