A bright maxi is warm(enough) and she definitely makes a statement. Wear her with sneakers or wear her with knee high boots. And most importantly enjoy wearing her without tights. Because is there really anything worse then tights??
My bright red western style maxi is from ASOS. If you are new around here I do a majority of my shopping at ASOS. They literally have new items everyday, and you can find some unreal deals in their clearance section. Not to mention the clearance section is SO easy to shop thanks to the many filters you can use. I bet you would have guessed this dress was $15!
