Quick and simple are two words I typically would not use to describe my makeup routine, but these days things are a little different. Most days I don’t wear makeup. The days I do wear makeup I want to feel like a slightly enhanced version of myself and want to spend a total of five minutes. You know like me but with beautifully full brows and a sun kissed glow. Keep reading for my go to five minute makeup routine.
QUICK & SIMPLE FIVE MINUTE MAKEUP(if video is more your thing keeeeeep scrolling!)
STEP 1. It is incredibly extra to combine two lightweight products to make an even better lightweight product, but that is what I do. I mix the Bite Beauty Changemaker Supercharged Micellar Foundation and the Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer and apply with my fingers. Blend the combination out with your fingers followed by this flat top brush.
Here’s why these two products are amazing TOGETHER: the Bite foundation is creamy and provides mediumish coverage and a normal to matte finish. The Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer gives sheer coverage and a TON of glow. Together the result is a glowy finish that wears incredibly well, even on my combination skin.
STEP 2. Use a buildable concealer, like the Kosas Revealer Concealer to conceal blemishes, around your nose, and under your eyes. This concealer is super creamy and does not settle into fine lines.
STEP 3. Apply the MILK Makeup Matte Bronzing Stick to the hollows of your cheeks and perimeter of your face. Use the same flat top brush to blend.
STEP 4. Dot NUDESTIX Matte Color in Sunkissed onto your cheeks and a tiny bit to your nose. Pro tip: Also apply this color to your lips for a wash of color and an instantly cohesive look.
STEP 5. Define your brows to bring instant definition to your face. I use the Maybelline Total Temptation Brow Definer. Check out this post for a full review on this killer $6 brow product.
STEP 6. Apply your favorite mascara, I love the L’Oreal Double Extend Tube Mascara.
STEP 7. Finish the look with a juicy tinted lip gloss. The Tower 28 Lip Jelly’s are smooth and not sticky. Don’t be intimidated by the color in the tube, these apply as a sheer wash of color!
