It’s a summer morning, the sun is shining and I can feel the breeze coming off the lake. Odds are I am at the beach in my favorite chair reading a book. I make an effort to spend some time a few days each week at the beach soaking up the beauty that is summertime Chicago. Lord knows the winters can feel long.

While leisurely reading the newest suspenseful crime thriller I prefer to not only wear sunglasses but also a hat. Having a hat to provide direct shade for my face makes the whole beach situation so much more enjoyable for me. Plus I want to double protect my face from those strong morning rays. In hopes of upping my beach hat game for a family trip to Cape Cod I came across the cutest visor. Yes, you read that right visor.

So I browsed all of my favorite bargain sites looking for a more inexpensive version of the near $40 visor I was lusting over, and then saw that the visor I loved was on sale! So I ended the hunt and ordered the visor. I am obsessed with this thing in the best way. I wear it at the beach, I wear it golfing, and I’ve even worn it to a summer concert.

The Details:

Sizing is one size fits most. There is a 3-4 inch section near the back that stretches. I noticed that my visor stretched a tiny bit and was even more comfortable after a few wears.

**I folded my visor in half for traveling and it bounced back just fine!
